Scotland’s channel 3 network, STV, has appointed Spoke to deliver mobile and interactive TV services to its 4m viewers. The consumer engagement specialist already provides social TV and digital services to the BBC, Channel 5, News International and IPC Media.
Elizabeth Partyka, deputy director of channels at STV, said: “We understand the importance of engaging with our consumers across multiple platforms.
