Travel Firm Gets the Text Buzz

Buzzlines Travel, which provides coach tour holidays and day trip programmes, has integrated mkodos  Intelligent Mobile Platform (IMP) with its client communications programme. 
Buzzlines customer services team is using SMS to notify clients who are abroad on a Buzzlines holiday, should any changes to the itinerary be required. The marketers at Buzzlines plan to use SMS initially to promote concert and show packages. The company will build a mobile club for theatre- and concert-goers that keeps them informed about of last minute offers and upcoming events.
The IMP manages client details, segmenting them by tour or interest, and enables the Buzzlines team to send the appropriate SMS messages out to the correct audience that has opted in to receive the communication. It also provides instant reporting to assist with fulfilment and marketing analysis.
