Mobile sign-up ads platform Pontiflex has completed a Series D round of funding, receiving a total investment of $7.7m.
The investment round was led by Talus Holdings, a media technology holding company principally backed by Blackstone’s GSO Capital. Talus joined existing investors RRE Ventures, New Atlantic Ventures and Tribeca Venture Partners who also participated in the round.
Pontiflex says it will use the capital to help accelerate the adoption of its AdLeads product, a sign-up ad platform for small businesses looking to reach users through geo-targeted in-app advertising. Since its launch in March 2012, over 10,000 businesses, across 27 countries, have signed up to the AdLeads platform.
