House of Fraser and O2 Target Christmas Shoppers

House of Fraser has turned to O2 for a targeted marketing campaign over the Christmas period. Taking advantage of O2 Medias location-based services, House of Fraser will be able to target nearby consumers and direct promotions at them. Rich media messages and prompts to download House of Frasers own app will be sent to consumers, and O2 Media will also use its Priority Moments service to offer money-off vouchers for the department store. 

Meanwhile, O2 will offer free internet access in 11 of the department stores through its O2 Wifi service, which will also allow House of Fraser to gather rich customer insights and data.
