eCommerce sales on smartphones increased 56 per cent year-on-year in the first quarter of 2015, accounting for 18 per cent of all eCommerce purchases, with tablets accounting for another 16 per cent.
This figure comes from a new infographic from courier service Snap Parcel, which also shows that retail sales via mobile will reach £32bn in the UK by 2019, with 64 per cent of 25-34 year olds believing that they will use their mobile device for purchases more regularly in the future.
