Flicking through to the Metros Guilty Pleasures page today (accidentally of course), and to my double excitement I found that not only have One Direction been immortalised in Madam Tussauds for all to see (and touch?), but the page had also been created ready to Blipp.

After a bit of a wait while my phone recognised the page, I was a little disappointed to find that only one small part of it was interactive – a poll asking me whether I thought the wax models looked real. I clicked the box and obliged with an answer but I was expecting a little more, perhaps a video trailer of Brosan, oozing with charm about his latest film, or a polemic from Will-i-am to accompany the story Will: School is Cool.

Nice try Metro and Blippar, not sure how much you will glean from your wax model survey, but were pleased to see another mainstream deployment of augmented reality among a younger audience.

Anyway, appreciate you drawing my attention to the new exhibit, Im off to Mrs Ts (Tussauds that is) to get my picture taken with Harry!
