Cloud communication company Nexmo has formed a strategic partnership with Belgacom International Carrier Services (BICS) to provide enhanced and upgraded voice quality to Nexmos growing slate of enterprise and app developer customers.

The partnership will see BICS, a global provider of international connectivity and inter-operability services, improving the connectivity and termination services of Nexmo in North America, Europe, the Middle East and Africa.

Nexmo will utilise BICS premium services to provide high quality direct connections to end operators worldwide, ensuring best-in-class service for end users from its cloud-based voice platform.
