Taj Hotels Launches New Mobile App

Taj Hotels Resorts and Palaces has launched its new mobile app – to offer guests ‘a seamless booking experience and access to exclusive offers at their convenience’.
The app, now available on both the Play Store and App Store, enables guests to search through booking options for all of Taj’s hotels around the world. It also gives users access to their InnerCircle to manage membership accounts or signup for the loyalty programme, as well as featuring exclusive offers and holiday deals for guests.
“Data accessibility and mobile usage is growing exponentially across the world, especially in growing travel markets like India,” said Chinmai Sharma, CRO at Taj Hotels Resorts and Palaces. “Nearly 50 per cent of our guests are now using a mobile device to explore our hotels and destinations somewhere in their purchase path. Online and mobile are our fastest growing channels and we will continue to invest in this area with the goal of creating a consistent guest experience across all platforms. Our new app is another step in our digital journey which will only get better in it next release scheduled for later this year.”
