Mobile ad firm Amobee is buying AdJitsu, which specialises in 3D mobile ad units. AdJitsu is currently a wholly-owned business unit of Cooliris. AdJitsu produces 3D ads, and can transform existing 2D ad assets into interactive 3D campaigns.
