Guavus Acquires Neuralitic Systems for Big Mobile Data

Neuralitic’s SevenFlow mobile marketing solution, which makes unstructured data into small and usable data sets, will be used to provide Guavus big data clients with information on how to generate new revenue streams. This is particularly geared towards mobile subscriber acquisition, conversion and retention.

With the addition of Neuralitic, Guavus now has a holistic data fabric that provides integrated decision-making across network, marketing, and customer care, and enables the creation of data-driven business processes to deliver and optimise the right service at the right time,” said Anukool Lakhina, Founder and CEO, Guavus.

The deal closed on 5 December and the acquisition is effective immediately. Guavus willl now have international offices in Montreal, where Neuralitic is based.

Guavus, already a big data analytics provider for three of the top five mobile carriers in the US, including Sprint, received a $30m round of funding last week.
