Havas Work Club, the digital marketing agency acquired by Havas in May, has launched a mobile division.
Havas Work Club Mobile is intended to function both as an integrated part of the larger agency, working with existing clients including Pernod Ricard and Heineken International, and as a standalone operation specialising in mobile, with the NHS and BFI as founding clients.
The division will be headed by Yiannis Maglaras, previously head of mobile development agency Ubinow, which was recently acquired by Havas.
“Like any good digital agency, Work Club has mobile as an integral part of its client offering,” said Martin Brooks, partner at Work Club. “The decision to offer a specialist mobile proposition is a response to client demand for access to stand-alone mobile leadership, innovation and delivery from both marketing departments and broader areas within client organisations.”
