HubSpot launches AI Search Grader

HubSpot has launched a new tool designed to help marketers assess brand visibility and sentiment within AI chatbots.
The new AI Search Grader by HubSpot simplifies the process of understanding a brand’s appearance in AI-powered searches, eliminating the need for specialised AI knowledge.
By managing prompt engineering and providing insights into brand performance, it streamlines ‘language model optimisation’ (LMO) for marketers, the company stated.
Additionally, tool offers four key components for evaluating a brand’s presence in AI searches: an overall grade, a brand sentiment score, a share of voice score and a personalised analysis.
Meanwhile, HubSpot’s AI Search Grader evaluates brand sentiment by analysing the language used in AI responses, helping marketers understand how their brand is being discussed and perceived.
In an official blog post, HubSpot stated, “At HubSpot, we’ve always given marketers the tools they need to connect with their customers and drive growth. We did it with our website grader, which helped millions of marketers optimize for search engines. And we’re doing it today with the launch of AI Search Grader, the first free tool that helps brands understand how they show up in Large Language Models (LLM) and AI search.”
