Tigerspike has partnered with information services company IHS to launch an subscription-based app for iPad. IHS Connect enables users to browse a range of information, analytics and research on the oil and gas sector through a customisable dashboard, powerful search functionality, and dynamic mapping view.
“We’re combining business information, research and analytics unavailable anywhere else with the intuitive and fun user experience that we have come to expect of the iPad,” says IHS vice president, product management, Edouard Tavernier. “Mobility combined with a flexible interface is critical to making content relevant at the point of use – in board meetings, client discussions or on the road.”
Founded in 1959, IHS works with 450 of the top Fortune 500 businesses. Tigerspike says that it has seen positive effects on productivity and revenue when staff are equipped with mobile access to enterprise data.
