Indeed tackles hiring frustrations with new ad

Indeed has unveiled a new integrated campaign aimed at addressing the frustrations of both jobseekers and employers.
Created by 72andSunny Amsterdam and Los Angeles, the campaign sheds light on the systemic absurdities inherent in the modern hiring process.
Titled There’s gotta be a better way, the campaign features nine distinct ads across the US, UK, and France, each showcasing a common hiring challenge alongside an Indeed solution.
Launching this month, the campaign aligns with a time when many jobseekers are making significant life changes. I
Its media strategy emphasises high-profile placements and live events that are less likely to be skipped, such as Premier League matches in the UK.
“With this campaign, we’re addressing the elephant in the room for jobseekers and employers,” said Clíona Hayes, Indeed’s senior global brand and advertising director.
“At the same time, we’re expressing our confidence that Indeed can provide a more transparent, inclusive, and efficient hiring process.”
