Beecher to head up diversity at Shutterstock
Shutterstock, the global marketplace for videos, images and music, has introduced Meeckel Beecher to its team as Head of Diversity, Equity and Inclusion.
In this position, Meeckel will advance Shutterstocks global DEI strategy, to ensure the brand and product offerings are diverse and representative of its people, and of the communities Shutterstock services globally.
A well-respected thought leader across social impact, diversity and inclusivity, Meeckel brings over a decade of extensive experience to this role.

Myslinski takes up sales role at Total Media Solutions
Total Media Solutions, an advertising technology solutions provider that helps publishers manage their revenue and create value-added experiences for users, has appointed Steve Myslinski as Senior Director of Sales and Business Development EMEA.
Aviad Rave, Chief Business Officer said: “We are heavily investing in expanding the business to new and growing markets with an innovative offering that will meet publishers’ needs in the complex world of programmatic media management. Steve’s vast publisher and advertising technology experience, combined with his sales management credentials, will play a vital role in helping us realise our ambitious growth plans for the EMEA region. We’re delighted to have him on board.”

Gregory makes a BigChange
BigChange, a mobile workforce management technology company, has appointed Nick Gregory as its new Chief Marketing Officer.
Gregory joins BigChange from IRIS Software Group, and is tasked with expanding BigChange’s marketing team and accelerating growth for the company in the UK, US, continental Europe and Asia Pacific.
He said: “BigChange is an incredibly exciting company, with disruptive technology and enormous potential. I’m looking forward immensely to working with Martin Port and the rest of the team to help accelerate the growth and expansion of the business.”
Integrate announces Chief Product Officer
Aaron Mahimainathan has joined B2B demand marketing firm Integrate as Chief Product Officer. Mahimainathan has over 20 years of B2B product leadership experience and most recently served as the Chief Product Officer at mobile app insights and analytics company, App Annie.
In his new role, Mahimainathan will lead the company’s product vision, strategy, and roadmap, driving continued value and usability to Integrate’s customers.

Fingerpaint appoints Chief People Officer
Fingerpaint, a full-service health and wellness marketing agency has appointed Jeralyn Mastroianni as their new Chief People Officer.
Mastroianni comes to Fingerpaint with nearly 20 years of experience in building talent strategy and leading change in growth and acquisition environments. She most recently served as the Head of HR for Isobar US and Senior Vice President of Talent at Dentsu. Prior to her time at Dentsu, she held human resources positions at worldwide corporations, including Citigroup and Deloitte Consulting.
