FirmDecisions selects Vigh to lead UK office
Andras Vigh has been appointed as UK Managing Director at FirmDecisions, an Ebiquity-owned marketing compliance specialist. He will report to Global CEO Federica Bowman, who took over in August.
Vigh, who boasts 28 years of agency experience, most recently headed up his own media consultancy. Prior to that, he was Global President at Blue 449 before Publicis Media merged it with Spark Foundry. Before Blue 449, he led VivaKi China, where he managed five Publicis brands across China, Hong Kong, and Taiwan focusing on trading, transparency, and developing key agency contacts. Vigh also previously held the roles of Hungary CEO, Hong Kong CEO, and Regional CEO for CEE, Russia, Nordics, and Middle East regions during a 12-year stint at Zenith.
“It’s a challenging but very exciting time to start at FirmDecisions,” said Vigh. “I look forward to helping ensure our relationships are maintained as businesses around the world are adapting to COVID-19. Miller to lead UK at Adnami
Programmatic advertising firm Adnami has hired Steph Miller as Commercial Director in the UK. She will be responsible for setting up the UK arm of the business as well as leading the commercial team in the market.
Miller, who has a wealth of experience in programmatic and ad tech, with a strong background in publishing, has held leadership and commercial roles at Zoopla, Telegraph Media Group, and News International.
“Adnami offers a solution to a very real industry problem, that of the inability to buy high impact ads programmatically at scale. Their technology finally provides publishers with innovative ad templates that allow them to be both creative and provide an effective and impactful solution,” said Miller.
“It’s genuinely exciting to be launching such a successful business into the UK market and I look forward to introducing a solution that drives new premium inventory to publishers and greater returns for brands.”
Snowplow hires Sapru as sales VP
Abhirukt Sapru has joined behavioural data management platform Snowplow as Vice President of Sales. He will lead the Snowplow team in establishing and driving its global go-to-market strategy to provide data teams around the world with capabilities to collect and operationalise behavioural data, at scale, as part of its ambitious growth strategy.
Sapru joins Snowplow from Tessian, where he was instrumental in the company’s success as second employee and sales leader from its first seed round to Series B funding.

Bashambu takes charge of product at OfferUp
OfferUp, a mobile-first C2C marketplace, has welcomed Niti Bashambu as its new Chief Product Officer. She will lead product strategy and management, and the user experience and customer success teams.
Bashambu previously spent more than 10 years at holding company IAC, helping to lead brands including Angie’s List, Dotdash, Vimeo, Expedia, and Match Group. Most recently, she was Chief Product Officer at HouseCanary. Bashambu also serves as a Growth Council Advisor for Y Combinator’s Continuity Fund.
Stadiumred recruits Trinanes as CCO
John Trinanes has arrived at Stadiumred Group, a marketing collective, as Chief Creative Officer. Reporting to Founder and Group CEO Claude Zdanow, he will be responsible for driving all creative initiatives across all agencies within the Stadiumred Group collective.
In his most recent role as CCO for the Opus Agency, Trinanes led the transformation of the agency’s integrated experiential offering and drove all creative responses for major new business opportunities. Before that, he served as the North America Executive Creative Director for George P Johnson.
“I’m excited to be joining Stadiumred Group after seeing all the great work they’ve been delivering over the last few years. They really have their finger on the pulse of what their clients need to generate maximum impact and I’m looking forward to lending my expertise and collaborating with the great minds already in place,” said Trinanes.
Lang joins Firefly as CRO
Digital out-of-home platform Firefly has recruited Cecilia Lang as its Chief Revenue Officer.
Lang joins Firefly from Outfront Media, where she was Senior Vice President, leading the digital transformation and client partnership sales team. While there, she launched a mobile network, a national sales marketing group, and a client & agency partnership sales team. Previously, she served as Global Vice President at The Washington Post.

Deep Instinct brings in Shopp as CMO
Ryan Shopp has been named Chief Marketing Officer at deep learning-powered cybersecurity platform Deep Instinct.
Shopp has more than 20 years’ experience across product marketing, demand generation, and brand management. He previously held senior marketing executive roles at AppDynamics, New Relic, and CA Technologies. Prior to that, he held marketing positions at Dell, SecurityWorks, and AlterPoint.
“I view this opportunity as a great challenge to join a fast-growing company and to focus on advanced digital and account-based marketing approaches to accelerate the company’s growth,” said Shopp. “Digital transformations are rapidly moving forward while at the same time creating new exposure to more sophisticated malware attacks.
