No More Conference Fliers with Launch of Noodle Live

Noodle Live, a paperless answer to event production, has launched to offer organisers, exhibitors and delegates a more efficient and greener conference experience. Event organisers work with Noodle Live to install RFID readers on the exhibition floor, collate event information to be stored in the cloud and give out swipe cards for delegates to collect documents.

Using the card, delegates can gather keynote presentations notes, product guides, join mailing lists and follow social media accounts. The Noodle Live app enables them to view and share stored and collected information, along with alerting them to who else is attending in advance of the event.

Noodle Live’s analytics dashboard provides event organisers with insights into which stands and speakers are the most popular, and how delegates are interacting with each other. They can also make real-time updates to the information on the app. The company will make its debut at the AEO Conference 2013 on 31 January at the Olympia Conference Centre.

“Noodle Live provides event organisers with a competitive edge by bringing together a lot of functionality into one app,” said Clemi Hardie, founder and MD of Noodle Live. “Unlike other apps on the market which might do one job, such as collect contacts or display event info, it is your one stop shop for collecting and sharing all of the information and contacts attendees need at an event.”
