Using Como Sense’s POS-integrated CRM platform, Villa Italian Kitchen will be able to collect and analyze all transactional data from its point-of-sale system, app, and online ordering platform. The restaurant can then use this data to extract actionable insights,  optimize the mobile customer service experience and personalize its user rewards program, encouraging customers to not only come back regularly, but increase spending.
