Vodafone has launched a new campaign to introduce its latest customer service feature, ‘Just Ask Once’.
The new campaign shows how ‘Just Ask Once’ removes common frustrations like being passed around to different agents or chasing for updates.
The campaign first aired on 25 July during Love Island on ITV2 and will also appear on ITV1 during Skyfall and Celebrity Who Wants to Be a Millionaire. It will also be shown on streaming platforms like SVOD, BVOD, and YouTube.
A follow-up social media campaign will run on Snapchat and Meta, featuring Roman Kemp, who shows how easy and helpful the new service is.
Maria Koutsoudakis, Brand Director at VodafoneThree added: “The inspiration for the Just Ask Once campaign was drawn from the proposition itself. When it comes to customer service, customers just want it to work – clear, simple, and to the point. That’s exactly what we aimed to bring to life in this campaign. It’s all about customer service made easy, embodied in a straightforward, no-fuss campaign.
“The engagement aspect is brilliantly enhanced by our brand ambassador, Roman Kemp, who excels at connecting with and speaking to the nation. His involvement brings an extra layer of charm and relatability to the campaign, making it all the more impactful, off course aided by his side kick Miller.”
