Walkers Worcester Sauce crisps returns with new campaign

Walkers has sparked a nationwide frenzy with the return of its beloved Worcester Sauce crisps, launching an integrated campaign with VCCP and Good Relations to announce that the iconic flavor will now be available across the UK.
After a huge reaction to the initial news that the crisps were returning, albeit only in Worcester, Walkers responded to heartbroken fans still mourning the flavour’s 2023 withdrawal by teasing its return.
However, the twist was that the crisps were exclusively available in Worcester, at a single corner shop.
The city was covered with mobile billboards, ad-vans, bikes, beer mats, and screens, all pointing to Charlie’s Convenience Store—the only place in the world where the crisps could be found.
Walkers has now announced that the crisps will be available nationwide, launching a special campaign on Meta, Instagram, and TikTok to spread the news across social media.
Both the limited launch and nationwide rollout were developed in partnership with VCCP’s global content creation studio, Girl&Bear; Sips & Bites for organic social; Dept for influencer activations; Good Relations for PR; and OMD for media planning and buying.
