Cloud-based staff holiday planning service WhosOff.com has launched mobile apps for iOS and Android.
The apps allow staff to request holiday and sick leave via their WhosOff user accounts when they are away from the office. Users can manage their holiday entitlement on their handset, while managers can approve and deny leave requests on the app.
A BlackBerry version is due in the “coming weeks”, says the company. 
Mobile development manager Mark Tomkinson says: “At WhosOff.com, we are always seeking new ways to enhance the service and these mobile applications are a great step in that direction. Enabling users to connect to WhosOff 24/7 is proving a big hit, we have already had feedback from users who love the app and find it quick and easy to use.”
