VeriShow Launches Customer Service Video Platform

The new Live Mobile Touch multimedia platform enables customers to approach online sales reps and agents over a 3G, 4G or wifi connection, and engage in text and video chat, content sharing and co-browsing through their smartphone or tablet.

Built on HTML5, the platform enables agents to co-browse sites without any app or software installation required, or customers to use their phone camera to show real-life objects to agents in real-time.
