Ad tech company Adnami has appointed Joffrey Cabau as Partnership Director, FR and Tom Dolling as Agency Sales Director, DACH as it continues to expand across Europe.
The news follows hot on the heels of the appointment of James Upson as Managing Director for UK and NL and Jeetesh Luhar as International Sales Director, and as growing numbers of advertisers across the continent turn to Adnami’s high impact display and video formats.
Cabau will focus on developing partnerships with brands and media agencies across France. He has over a decade of experience in the media industry, most recently at ad agency, Gamned! and at Alliance Gravity Data Media. He has also held senior roles at Teads and Dunnhumby.
He said: “It is always exciting to launch new ad technology, and I believe Adnami is a true game-changer in our industry. Our product is innovative and perfectly aligned with advertisers’ current and future needs. We offer high-impact formats which attract users attention and which we can measure through Attentive CPM. Our commercial model also makes Adnami a highly competitive offering; allowing publishers to claw home more working media, and brands to distribute more ad impressions.
Meanwhile, Dolling will be focused on driving agency business across German-speaking markets. He has a successful track record in digital marketing, having worked in sales at Adform and as senior project manager operations at Sizmek, where he led WPP’s full-service management services project in the German market.
He said: “KPIs are shifting and its no longer just about standard metrics. Its also exciting to launch a product that helps agencies and advertisers to simplify their processes around running programmatic video and high impact campaigns. Adnami addresses a real need, supporting agencies in their creative processes and enabling a better experience for the user.”
Adnami CEO, Simon Kvist Gaulshøj, added: “We are delighted to be seeing such strong interest in both the French- and German-speaking markets and to be able to continue to welcome top talent as we continue to scale. Tom and Joffrey are well aware that the successful collision of data, creativity and measurement is needed today more than ever and I look forward to working with them closely as we continue to lead the charge on our journey to revolutionise media technology.”
