Mobile-first payments platform Judo Payments has released an SDK specifically for mobile development solution Xamarin.
Judo built the payment SDK for the Xamarin platform after seeing the growing demand for Xamarin components globally, with the initial SDK tailored for Android, but matching kits for iOS and other platforms in development.
The SDK enables companies to offer secure in-app payment by debit and credit cards that can be branded to match the overall user experience, providing a more seamless transaction.
In addition to removing friction in the payment process, the SDK includes bank-grade security to protect transaction data, and can be easily configured to enable Judos fraud prevention solution, judoShield.
“Weve seen an increased demand for Xamarin from large merchants looking to develop high-performance enterprise mobile apps without needing multiple development teams,” said Dennis Jones, CEO of Judo. “Our flexible platform allows large merchants to have a world class check out with the benefit of not complicating the tech stack.
“Its simpler for large businesses to offer heir customers a consistent mobile-payment enabled app experience, whatever the operating system theyre using, and reap the benefits of the rapid growth of mobile commerce.”
