NBCUniversal Launches Beyond the Screen Movie App

NBCUniversal has launched Beyond The Screen, a second-screening app featuring additional content for its releases.
The first films to get the Beyond the Screen treatment are Simon Pegg and Edgar Wrights Cornetto Trilogy – Shaun of The Dead, Hot Fuzz and The Worlds End. The app uses sound recognition to sync a timeline of trivia with each film.
Users can save selected content in the Freezer section, discover secrets to enter a prize draw, and answer quiz questions about the film. 
Other films will presumably follow, but theres currently no word on which titles we can expect to see, or when.
