The PlayHaven team will join Sciences Growth Labs division, and Science will invest in new solutions to grow the PlayHaven business. Advertisers and publishers previously using the PlayHaven network, including Upsight customers, will experience no change in service and campaigns will continue to run.
Meanwhile, Upsight – which formed in March after the merger between PlayHaven and Kontagent – says it will focus on its core analytics and marketing platform.
