Time Inc. creates influencer marketing network with Speakrs help

Time Inc. brandsUS mass media company Time Inc. has teamed up with Speakr, an influencer enterprise solution, to launch its own influencer marketing network – led by Time Inc.’s editorial team.

Time Inc. Connect, which is powered by Speakr’s influencer media-buying platform, influencers are not Time reporters or editors but have been vetted by the editorial team. This will also give marketers access to influencers who ‘can provide native social distribution for marketing partners seeking high-visibility solutions’.

“By identifying and mobilising our contributors and influencers who share our editorial voice and journalistic mission, we are extending the Time Inc. brands and are showcasing distinctive content from a carefully selected group of creators that have their own unique voice and trusted audience,” said Will Lee, group digital director for entertainment, sports and style at Time Inc. “We’re excited to team up with Speakr to develop fresh content experiences with these new digital creators.”

Time and Speakr’s collaboration will also enable Time to ‘forecast reach and engagement with new accuracy’ – through the leveraging of Speakr’s technology.
