TMT First becomes Microsoft authorised service partner

TMT First has announced its appointment as a Microsoft Authorised Service Partner (ASP).

Through this new partnership, TMT First will handle both in-warranty and out-of-warranty repairs for Microsoft Surface devices.

This partnership with Microsoft adds to TMT First’s growing list of direct OEM partnerships, which already includes Apple, Samsung, and JCB Toughphone.

As an ASP, TMT First will gain access to Microsoft training, certification programs, advanced diagnostics, specialised tooling and spare parts, ensuring that all repairs meet Microsoft’s standards.
