Yext, has appointed Mark Davis its board of directors during the 2024 Annual Meeting of Stockholders, effective immediately.

With nearly 40 years of diverse management and executive leadership experience as an Audit & Assurance partner at Deloitte, Davis has also been appointed to the Audit Committee at the digital presence platform.

At Deloitte, Davis has advised a wide range of public and privately held companies, from middle-market firms to large multinationals.

Meanwhile, throughout his career, Davis has been a trusted advisor to Fortune 500 companies, privately held firms, pre-IPO companies, corporate boards and audit committees across various industries.
