Marketing and advertising tech company Voluum has signed a deal with Oracle Data Cloud to use Crosswise big data product to deliver a mobile-first cross-screen solution.

The agreement will enable Voluum to target consumers across all of their devices. Using Crosswise, Voluum can deliver ‘sequential messaging, people-based frequency capping, conversion tracking across devices, and retargeting’.

“Mobile is such an important part of a consumer’s world, so it’s vital that agencies and brands take a ‘mobile-first approach’ to advertising,” said Gavin Stirrat, global managing director at Voluum. “Through the smart use of data, we are able to target consumers across all their screens, while helping to ensure that advertising remains relevant.”

The Demand Side Platform (DSP) is designed to work with mobile device identifiers and legacy desktop cookies, enabling ‘cross-screen targeting without being restricted by cookie dependency’.

“We are delighted to be able to work with Voluum to bring cross-screen capabilities to its next-generation media and analytics platform,” said Steven Glanz, senior director of business development for Oracle Data Cloud. “Working together allows brands to effectively target consumers across all their screens, led by mobile.”
