Revolut promotes Antoine Le Nel to Chief Growth & Marketing Officer

Revolut has promoted Antoine Le Nel, who previously served as Vice President of Growth & Partnerships, to Chief Growth & Marketing Officer.
In this expanded role, Le Nel will oversee teams across all 38 markets where the fintech company operates, focusing on driving its global growth strategy and leading marketing initiatives.

He joined the company from games developer, King, in 2021 as VP of Growth before being promoted to Partner of Group ExCo.
Additionally, the company has appointed Fiona Davies as Head of Growth for the UK, Ireland and Nordics.
In her new position, Davies, who joined Revolut in 2019 and previously held the role of Head of Consumer Product Marketing, is tasked with accelerating customer growth across Northern Europe.
Commenting on her new role, she said: “Since joining Revolut over five years ago, I have seen the company grow beyond belief from just a few million customers to tens of millions, with our ambitions only continuing to rise.
“From the UK and Ireland being two of our biggest markets to the Nordic markets gaining traction, the entire region is a key driver for Revolut’s global expansion, so I am thrilled to be joining as a leader on the Growth team at such a crucial and exciting time for the company.”
Le Nel added: “I am delighted Fiona will be running the Growth team for the UK, Ireland and Nordics. Having joined the company at a relatively early stage in its lifecycle, she understands the business through and through and I’m sure it will have a tremendous impact on the markets she covers.
