Audi opens futuristic escape room to promote its E-Tron electric cars

Audi has tapped into the escape room trend to promote its E-Tron range of electric cars in Spain.
The E-Tron room takes the escape room format, which challenges players to escape a locked room by solving a series of puzzles, and adds cutting-edge technology from Audi, including robotic arms, holograms and interactive projection mapping – and of course, the E-Tron car itself.
The room, which will open its doors in Barcelona this month and Madrid in November, is free to play for groups of three to five. 
Visitors are challenged to crack the case of a missing doctor, finding out what he was researching and where hes gone, while getting a glimpse into a future where electricity is the worlds primary power source.
